kate Manuel

Heart Based Healing Yoga Teacher

Kate is a transformative yoga instructor and visionary currently based in southern NH.

Her meeting with Yoga began in 2012, while searching for a sustainable exercise regimen in college. She soon realized that through the mental and physical practice of Yoga she could become a more conscious inhabitant of the earth, society, as well as her own body. Experiential education has always been an integral part of her life from a young age. After teaching English in Thailand and trekking the Himalayas post college, she realized a deep love and understanding for western holistic approaches to wellbeing. There, she had found her teaching voice and upon returning home received her 200hr YTT at YogaLife Institute in Exeter, NH.

Currently, she is studying 300hr heart-based tantric Vinyasa under Johanna Bell through 3 Bridges Yoga. Deeper self-inquiry has inspired her to receive further trainings in providing Yoga to trauma survivors and those with PTSD. She is highly dedicated to bottom-up approaches to healing.

Kate offers weekly creative heart-based flow style classes and has a deep passion to bring empowerment and awakening to this generation of conscious creators. A supporter of women and the feminine within all of us, she seeks to empower and serve from her heart. While a facilitator of movement, she also hopes to be a change agent and facilitator of transformation for her students. Kate weaves in universal law, sound, and spiritual self-inquiry into her classes. She is excited to share the practice that has provided her with incredible clarity on her path with her students.

She wanted to create peace among the busyness. She became a mindful mom. And now she wants to show you how to become one as well.

Her yoga classes combine all her knowledge and zest for life. Her vinyasa flows are purposeful and intelligent and at the same time fun, mindful and motivating. Her one goal is to help others find a place of peace and calm within themselves so that they too can manifest the life of their dreams.
