All levels vinyasa flow

This class welcomes all levels and will be taught in such a way as to meet the individual needs, experience, and abilities of the students in class with attention on strength and alignment. This class connects mindful movement to the flow of breath to create a conscious internal rhythm. With a strong focus on alignment, this class combines asana, meditation, and pranayama practices while offering modifications for beginner students of yoga, as well as advanced options for more experienced practitioners. Build strength, flexibility, and endurance to connect mind and body, and then bring the practices of yoga off the mat and into your daily life.

Shakti GLow Flow

Appropriate for all levels, focuses on the union of breath with movement and relationship between stillness & flow.  Practitioners are encouraged to allow the internal flows of energy, stoked by the movement of the body, to inform the authenticity of the alignment of the poses. Traditional postures are infused with a contemporary flair inspired by Shiva Rea & Asa Dustin. This Shakti flow yoga lineage teachings are experienced through asana, meditation, mantra, and pranayama practices.  As class size & receptivity allows Sulane begins this dynamic yet restorative flow with a offering of a seasonal essence followed by a reiki healing which have become her signature .

Appropriate for all levels of experience, familiarity with flow yoga & beginner classes is recommended.


Meditation, Mindfulness & Mantra 

Mantra in Sanskrit translates to mind-tool.  Mindfulness, becoming & staying present, at its heart is about becoming fully aware of what is occurring in our selves, our surroundings, and with the others who share our lives & environment.

When we discover & consistently practice meditation our inherent connection to our own inner wisdom & peace becomes more accessible to us at any moment, we become more compassionate to ourselves & others, strengthen our ability to stay focused & grounded during moments that propel us out of the present & into suffering. You discover & access present moment awareness & fulfillment.

Hatha Yoga

In this class, we will focus on our alignment in various asanas, breathing into each pose, and flowing slowly from one pose to the next. Class will focus on moving with intention, integrating meditation, breathing techniques, and active poses to create a peaceful mind and strong body. Variants on poses will be offered, making this class approachable for all levels.

Kundalini Yoga focuses on the connection between the mind, body and soul. In this class, you will begin with a short meditation and mantra, move through gentle warm-ups, complete your kriya (a set of poses combined with breathing techniques), experience a long deep relaxation, and close with an extended meditation followed by a closing song. Come prepared with an open mind!

KUNDALINI Yoga



The practice is based on yoga’s sister science Ayurveda a 5000 year old knowledge and wisdom for health. Ayurvedic yoga classes are therapeutic so you will be balancing and healing the body with asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing practices), and meditation, for all dosha imbalances, bringing you back to natural wellness.

DOSHA YOGA


Based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, a restorative yoga sequence involves no more then fifteen poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. In this class, you’ll use props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to get into deeply nourishing poses. Poses are held for 5-20 minutes each.  Restorative yoga reduces stress and allows the nervous system to calm so you can lead a more balanced life. This practice heals the fascia and calms the vagus nerve, bringing on a truly blissful state. This practice helps with sleep and stress.

Restorative YOGA


YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep. In this class you will be guided through a detailed sleep meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation.


Slow flow

This class combines the principles of vinyasa flow and yin yoga for a slower paced class to have more time to explore the asanas. Extra time allows students to explore the asanas and find the place where there body feels balanced.

Chakra Vinyasa

Flowing poses are linked to the breath in a moving meditation. This practice incorporates dynamic and targeted sequencing to find a deeper somatic awareness of the subtle body, re-balancing and re-charging each chakra within your energetic system.

Yin-storative

Increase flexibility and cultivate a deeper, more subtle inner awareness with this slower paced, rejuvenating practice. Invite space by stretching and strengthening connective tissue with longer held poses. This class will counterbalance any Yang practice, release tension, and deepen your capacity for stillness.

Yin

This class is Suitable for all levels.  Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while strengthening the joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia.  This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to relax muscles while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will complement your Vinyasa practice and busy life, open and release areas of the body in need of attention, and increase vitality, and balance your mind, body, and spirt.

Yang, Yin, and Restore

This class is Suitable for all levels.  This 90 minute class will contain 30 minutes of a gentle flow, 30 minutes of Yin to strengthen and nourish the joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia, and end with 30 minutes of restorative yoga. 


Ashtanga Flow

A practice rooted in the Ashtanga tradition with some freedom of sequencing, pulling inspiration from Primary and Intermediate Series to create a more approachable and well-rounded class. In this empowering practice, we conjure a deep sense of awareness, control, and reverence alongside playfulness and curiosity. Ashtanga is appropriate for the beginner yogi, but remains a vigorous discipline and a potent healing tool for even seasoned practitioner - it is a practice for life.

Yogalates is a practice that blends elements of Pilates with the traditional yoga form. Both techniques combine to help improve mind-body awareness, stamina, and posture. In thi class, students focus on integrating breathing with movements and basic stretching, as well as the importance of core muscle strength.

Ashtanga Flow


A Reiki circle is a gathering of Reiki practitioners who in a group give Reiki healings on each other. The main purpose is to give and receive Reiki in a casual atmosphere of friendship, honor, positive energy, and devotion. This is great for first time Reiki healings or for Reiki masters to come together in a community to experience the power of Reiki together.

Cost is $25 Attendees will also enjoy a cup of alchemy tea provided by Société.

Reiki Circle


Honor the nurturing energy of the divine feminine with this meditative full moon salutation, honoring the May flower moon of blossoming and Spring energy.

The full moon and yoga are a beautiful partnership, the moon brings the healing powers of the universe, while the yoga practice brings it's healing powers of movement and breath. ... The sequence is a series of set postures that are known as the moon salutations or in Sanskrit, Chandra Namaskar.

Chakra Illuminating Flow

This is a vibrational vinyasa class for all levels. This class will offer a deep underlying foundation of tantric vinyasa yoga practice, regardless of the experience you have doing Yoga.  Linking the breath, body, and conscious mind, this class will bring you to a space where you can open to spiritual inquiry and the depths of the subconscious mind. Each class will be different and will illuminate a chakra(s), or energy centers in the body. A powerful reset for the body and the mind. Just bring your mat and your beautiful self!
